Sir Matthew Pinsent is Great Britain’s four times Olympic Gold Medallist. He is without doubt one of the most naturally talented and gifted oarsmen ever to row. Only five other people have ever won four consecutive Olympic Gold Medals.

Also in 1992, at the age of only 21, Matthew had his first taste of Olympic success, when in a Coxless Pair with partner Sir Steve Redgrave, he won the Gold Medal at the Barcelona Olympics. He would go onto to row with Redgrave winning multiple world championships and ultimately Four Olympic Gold Medals. Matthew retired from international rowing after the 2004 Athen’s Olympic Games and now works full time for the BBC and writes for the national press.

Matthew is an outstanding motivational and after dinner speaker.
