This depends on who you hire for the event. Typically our speakers will cost between £2,000 and £20,000 per event plus expenses if required. Our fees are renowned for being fair and the most competitive in the industry. Tell us your budget and we will be pleased to find you the most appropriate speaker to match this.

Pro-Motivate book over 99% of its speakers at the same rate or less than that our clients would pay if they were able to call the speaker directly. The speakers then pay us commission for promoting, locating and managing their corporate speaking activity. The advantage to our clients is that they almost certainly get the best possible rate for booking the speaker. We cannot be any fairer than this!

Yes of course, but not always! In addition we encourage a relationship for the future with our clients. We can build a discount into the bills based on our clients’ commitment to return to us for further requirements.

Normally we charge one third of the engagement fee at the time of the booking and the remaining two thirds once the event has taken place. Cancellation fees apply should a speaker be cancelled within three months of the event happening, when the deposit (one third of the entire fee) will be non-refundable. In addition when a booking is cancelled within two weeks of the event the client will be liable to pay a total amount equalling two thirds of the full speakers’ engagement fee.

Sometimes some of our high profile speakers will request that their fee is paid in full 30 days prior to the engagement itself. We cannot argue with our clients if they request pre-payment as that is their own terms of business in the speaking market.

Should a speaker cancel on a client then we will either find an appropriate replacement at short notice or refund the payment including the deposit in full. This is highly unlikely.

Yes we can work to an agreed budget and provide a programme of speakers for an event.

We receive hundreds of requests each month from charities for our speakers and unfortunately cannot service these requests effectively. For information purposes most speakers will offer charity and non-profit organisations a discount in the region of one third of their normal engagement fee and no more than this. We are happy to request a discounted fee based on these terms but are obliged on behalf of our speakers not to offer discounts of more than thirty three percent. Ninety percent of speakers fees fall between £4,000 and £8,000.

Pro-Motivate is a speaker bureau that books professionals at cost for appearances, event hosting and public speaking opportunities. We work directly with the majority of our professionals (literally via a mobile phone to the speaker themself) but with a small pool of speakers we work alongside their managing agents. Managing agents work with Pro-Motivate as we are a useful additional channel for commercial activity for their client. We are not concerned about exclusivity on the basis that we will always offer a potential customer the best possible rate for any of our desired speakers.

We also work with other bureaus particularly those that are based in the USA to promote and locate corporate activity for their internationally in demand speakers. Few speakers work on an exclusive basis and are usually reliant on more than one professional speaker bureau for corporate activity. We have pre-agreed fees with all of our speakers which we know are highly competitive.

Our speakers and Pro-Motivate work with many well known organisations all over the world. In addition to this we often work with smaller companies, charities, chambers of commerce, and educational establishments.
