Employment: Pro-Motivate is looking to hire two key personnel on a full time basis in line with our continued growth:

1. Client Manager, Pro-Motivate U.K - London

This person will deal directly with Pro-Motivates clients who book with us to provide them with informed judgements on which of our speakers, celebrities etc. is most appropriate for their event. Then the Client Manager will complete the booking process in order that the chosen speaker is fully briefed, that both theirs and the clients expectations are met in advance of the event and that ultimately the professional that Pro-Motivate has provided is a resounding success.

You will be involved in all aspects of the booking process and also be the working directly with the prestigious group of talent that we represent.

To be considered for this position you will be working in a similar position within an existing speaker bureau, agency, event management company or events division of a large corporation. The position is based at our London offices which are located on Shaftesbury Avenue, directly behind Leicester Square. The salary package will be amongst the best in the industry and reflect your experience. 2. Manager, Pro-Motivate China - Shanghai

We are in the process of opening an international office in Shanghai which will require the hire of a permanent Manager. This opportunity reflects the international calibre of our existing talent pool and that we are at this time actively recruiting in the Asia Pacific region to add to our roster.

To be considered for this posistion you will have experience of running or holding a managerial position in a business, perhaps a consultancy or recruitment organisation and be excited about the opportunity of working in one of the fastest growing cities in the world. Our new offices are located in the centre of the main financial district in Shanghai. A knowledge of either Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage but is not essential. More important are your interpersonnel, business winning and marketing skills.
