We take a unique approach to providing speakers to clients. We purposefully don’t represent or manage any speakers exclusively. Unlike other bureaus we work on behalf of our clients not our speakers. This enables Pro-Motivate to work with clients to find the best available speaker for their specific requirement.

Showcasing YOUR Speakers and Co-Brokering with Pro-Motivate

We look at the greater entire speaker market to make our recommendations to clients. Our roster is composed mainly of speakers whom we work directly with but also speakers whom we book via relationships we have with their agents and other speaker bureaus if represented exclusively.

Our aim is simply to provide our clients with the best speakers. We will present the best possible speaker suggestions based on the requirement, regardless of whether they are exclusive with another bureau.
As a leading buyer of talent we also guarantee that the fee that our speakers charge is as least as competitive as the fee the speaker would quote if our client were able to contact them directly.

We list many of the speakers that we represent here on our website however where bureaus have exclusive relationships, there are several speakers we book and recommend who do not appear on this website. We have negotiated favourable terms for all speakers including exclusive speakers. We recommend that clients utilise our agents knowledge, buying power and negotiation skills to assist them to secure all speakers, which includes exclusive speakers.

No Additional Costs and Great Speakers

Pro-Motivate works directly with most speakers directly however when we utilise a speakers agent or exclusive bureau we split the booking fee evenly. There are no extra fees to our clients as speakers and agents are content to forego a small percentage of their fee (the booking fee) to Pro-Motivate in return for increased speaking opportunities. This ensures that our clients pay no additional fees for using Pro-Motivate as the speakers booking fee (usually 20% of the overall fee) is split between Pro-Motivate and the speakers agent. The speaker as per normal retains their 80% of the overall speaking engagement fee.

We provide clients with almost unlimited access to most speakers at no additional cost.
